Unisys MRF Model

This is the Unisys MRF 4-Panel model.  It replaces the Purdue Weather Processor's MRF  4-Panel  model which has been shut down. This Medium Range Forecast model is one of the important tools in forecast weather from the 3-10 day period. Although it is pretty good to 6 days, after that, it has a little trouble.
